-1 medium banana

-1 tsp. of vanilla extract

-1 egg

-2-3 tbsp. of milk alternative

-1 tsp. of cocoa powder

-1 cup of Premium Whey Protein or Premium Mass Builder
(Peanut Butter Flavour)

-3 tbsp. of coconut flour

-1 tsp. of cinnamon

-1 tsp. of baking powder

-4 tsp. of stevia powder/ other sweetener


-Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius

-Mash banana in separate bowl.

-Mix all dry ingredients until fully combined.

-Add wet ingredients to banana and mix well.

-Add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.

-Use coconut oil spray to spray unto doughnut tin.

-Place batter into doughnut tin and spread evenly.

-Bake for 15 minutes to oven or until cooked.
