-125ml water
-125ml soya milk/milk
-1/2 cup of oats or Nuway (Granola, Original or Chocolate)
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-Half a tub of chocolate Skinny Scoop (Optional)
-1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein or Premium Mass Builder (Chocolate Flavour)
-1tsp of vanilla essence
-1 tsp of chia seeds
-Handful of almonds
-Blend all ingredients together
