-2 tbsp of coconut flour
-2 tbsp of cocoa powder
-1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein (Chocolate flavour)
-1/2 tsp of baking powder
-1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
-2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
-2 tbsp of soya milk
-2 tsp of honey
-Whisk ingredients together in a bowl.
-Place in a big mug, in microwave on highest heat for 2 minutes. Take out and let it cool down for a few minutes and then ready to serve
Top with sliced almonds, Lindt dark chocolate chip in mug cake and Premium Whey Protein topping.
