NUTRITECH Lord of the Rings take the podium at LAST MAN STANDING.
On the weekend of May the 21st and 22nd, 1300 CrossFit athletes from around South Africa gathered to battle it out team by team at the LAST MAN STANDING 2016.
The event was held in Johannesburg and consisted of 5 WODs spread over a series of two days.
Teams representing NUTRITECH were:
- Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Rigs – Ladies – Dina Swift and Nicole Seymour.
- Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Rigs – Mens – Jaimie McKenzie and Pierre Mynhardt.
