NUTRITECH has partnered with multiple CrossFit Games competitor and AFL (Always Fit League) founder Dave Levey on a 21 day workout plan that aims at keeping you active with functional movements with at home without any gym equipment, and only with items you will find around your home. There will be two options provided, a standard option for those who are comfortable with training and a scaled option for those who are new to training. It is important to start at Day 1 and work your way through them consecutively, i.e. Day 1, Day 2, etc.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE?
Exercise can help you handle the stress and/or boredom of being LOCKED-DOWN at home over the next few weeks, or for however long it may be. This program is intended to get you moving at home, using basic items around the house as implements to train with and also using your body weight for resistance. If you have not been exercising, it is recommend that you first contact your doctor before starting any exercise regime. Dave Levey will be your coach for the next 21 days, building on movement progressions that you learn from Day 1 through to Day 21.
WHAT WILL EACH SESSION INCLUDE?
The Workout of the Day (WOD’s) will be a basic workout and will include movements that most healthy people can perform safely at home. Every coached session will include the following:

WILL THERE BE SCALING?
There will include 2 variations when prescribing the exercise, for those who consider themselves:
1) Average Fitness (AJ – Average Jo) – the standard option
2) Less fit at the moment (BAJ – Below Average Jo) – the scaled option
